Neil Ramsey has led development projects for more than three decades while also serving as Owner and Managing Partner of Ramsey Development.
He also leads investment activities at RQSI, a quantitative asset management firm. Earlier in his career, Neil was a consultant with Boston Consulting Group, advising multinational corporations on corporate strategy.

Ryan Ramsey
Ryan leads land acquisition and strategic growth initiatives for Ramsey Development. Over his career he has overseen the acquisition, assemblage, and disposition of more than 500 properties. Before founding his real estate investment company in 2018, Ryan worked in Ernst & Young’s consulting practice.

Dallas Wood
Dallas Wood brings more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale luxury communities, mixed-use developments, and resort properties.
Among his most notable accomplishments are the 20,000-acre Palmetto Bluff, a 500-acre Pine Island resort property under construction, Summerdance, a 140-acre mixed-use marina community, and the New Riverside Village townhome community of 58 units. His leadership roles at Southern Marinas and Anchorage Capital further sharpened his ability to scale operations, manage complex capital planning, and drive strategic growth across a wide range of asset classes.
Dallas has guided projects through every stage of development—from acquisition and entitlement through construction and operations—creating lasting value for family offices, institutional investors, and community stakeholders.

Mason Dunn
Mason has spent more than two decades leading residential construction throughout the Southeast. As Director of Home Building Operations at McCar Homes, he oversaw architecture, purchasing, estimating, and construction for more than 5,000 homes.
He later founded Dunn Homes—now Cooperage Homes—with a commitment to building durable, thoughtfully designed homes that prioritize quality over volume. Mason is a Certified Professional Home Builder and an active member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association
